Responsibilities
- Share files with employees and retrieve necessary information.
- Save files in the cloud.
- Clean documents and organize related materials.
- Translate documents as needed.
- Follow up online via email or phone.
- Coordinate ocean shipments.
- Follow up with clients via email regarding their shipment status.
- Reach out to suppliers to obtain ETA (estimated time of arrival).
- Track shipments using tracking numbers and determine locations.
- Assist with tracking and logistics oversight.
- Track imports and exports on the relevant website.
