Position Overview
The Administrative Assistant & Event Coordinator is a highly organized, service-oriented professional who supports the Advancement team and fosters meaningful engagement across the GNS community. In this dynamic position, you will provide administrative support to the Advancement Office while leading the planning and execution of a variety of donor, parent and community events. Responsibilities include coordinating stakeholder meetings, preparing confidential materials, managing event logistics, and creating exceptional guest experiences to strengthen relationships that advance the mission of the school.
