About the RoleWe are looking for a detail-oriented Compliance Assistant to support our Compliance and Branch Operations teams.
This role focuses on document tracking, regulatory compliance, and ensuring all staff meet required documentation standards.Key Responsibilities- Track and manage compliance documentation (licenses, insurance, certifications, etc.)- Monitor internal ticketing system and respond to requests- Follow up with employees regarding missing or expired documents- Maintain accurate and organized personnel records- Support compliance-related administrative projects- Generate basic reports and update tracking systemsRequirements- 1+ year of experience in administrative, back office, or customer service roles- Strong attention to detail and organization- Intermediate Excel skills (filters, sorting, data tracking)- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines- Basic experience with CRM or similar systems is a plus- Strong written communication skills
