About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Compliance Assistant to support our Compliance and Branch Operations teams. This role focuses on document tracking, regulatory compliance, and ensuring all staff meet required documentation standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Track and manage compliance documentation (licenses, insurance, certifications, etc.)
- Monitor internal ticketing system and respond to requests
- Follow up with employees regarding missing or expired documents
- Maintain accurate and organized personnel records
- Support compliance-related administrative projects
- Generate basic reports and update tracking systems
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in administrative, back office, or customer service roles
- Strong attention to detail and organization
