Position Overview

Admin Assistant to join the Facilities team in Vancouver.

Responsibilities

  • Processing invoices and issuing purchase orders daily
  • Managing and updating the Capital Expense log as needed
  • Engaging in discussions with contractors or vendors regarding invoices, quotes, and purchase orders
  • Supporting the operations team in Mississauga and the Global Facilities team as requested
  • Providing continuous improvement to our SharePoint website
  • Scheduling meetings and coordinating logistics as needed
  • Attending meetings and recording meeting minutes as needed
  • Assisting the Global Facilities team to continue improving on processes and procedures
  • Willing to learn and improve on skills needed to support the Global Facilities team
