Position Overview
Admin Assistant to join the Facilities team in Vancouver.
Responsibilities
- Processing invoices and issuing purchase orders daily
- Managing and updating the Capital Expense log as needed
- Engaging in discussions with contractors or vendors regarding invoices, quotes, and purchase orders
- Supporting the operations team in Mississauga and the Global Facilities team as requested
- Providing continuous improvement to our SharePoint website
- Scheduling meetings and coordinating logistics as needed
- Attending meetings and recording meeting minutes as needed
- Assisting the Global Facilities team to continue improving on processes and procedures
- Willing to learn and improve on skills needed to support the Global Facilities team
