- Manage all employee and dependent visa processes, including new visas, renewals, cancellations, status changes, Emirates ID applications, medical fitness, family sponsorships, and business visit visas.
- Process labour contracts, work permits, employment offers, labour card amendments, and other employment-related transactions while liaising with ICP, MOHRE, TAMM, Abu Dhabi Police, Abu Dhabi Municipality, and other government authorities.
- Prepare HR documentation, including salary certificates, employment certificates, NOCs, experience letters, visa letters, bank letters, and other employee correspondence.
- Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files, HR databases, visa documentation, company SIM card records, and other confidential HR information.
