**Responsibilities**:
- Handle telephone calls
- Greet all visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage the booking of conference rooms.
- Arrange daily postal and mailing
- Ask for quotation from suppliers, review the price and arrange the ordering of office materials such as but not limited to; drinking water/ stationery/ pantry materials/ printing materials, marketing materials
- Assist in company activities, e.g. Christmas Party, Annual Dinner, etc.
- Provide general office administration and clerical support.
- Liaise with Building Management Office on access, utilities, etc.
- Arrange carpet cleaning & pest control, supervise the out-sourced office cleaning work
- Assist General Manager to handle Office Safety.
- Domestic & International Travel Management.
- IT Software Subscriptions.
- **_ Take up additional assignments/tasks as required to meet with the Company needs_**
