Duties and Responsibilities
- Order Receipt and Processing: Receive and process customer orders (verbal or written) in a timely and accurate manner.
- Order Verification: Verify order details with customers to ensure clarity and accuracy, particularly in cases of price discrepancies or unclear items.
- Invoice Preparation: Prepare invoices according to received orders, ensuring all necessary information is included.
- Invoice Accuracy: Tally invoices with Purchase Orders to ensure accuracy.
- Order Fulfillment: Submit prepared invoices for packing and delivery, ensuring a seamless and efficient order fulfillment process.
- Invoice Amendment Management: Ensure amendments on invoices are clearly visible on all invoice pages.
