- Coordinate the new office set up according to the headquarter's requirements such as planning and drafting office layout plans.

- Responsible for all‑round office administration works including office supplies procurement, equipment maintenance as well as handling office errands.
- Perform daily clerical duties, including handling all record management.

- Organized, detailed, able to handle multi‑tasks effectively and prioritize works to meet tight schedules/ deadlines.
