Responsibilities during office set-up

  • Coordinate the new office set up according to the headquarter's requirements such as planning and drafting office layout plans.
  • Supervising renovation and relocation projects and report to supervisor.

Responsibilities after the office set-up

  • Responsible for all‑round office administration works including office supplies procurement, equipment maintenance as well as handling office errands.
  • Perform daily clerical duties, including handling all record management.

Requirements

  • Strong sense of responsibility and common sense, hands‑on and committed to deliver quality service.
  • Organized, detailed, able to handle multi‑tasks effectively and prioritize works to meet tight schedules/ deadlines.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and supervisory skills.
