Responsibilities during office set-upCoordinate the new office set up according to the headquarter's requirements such as planning and drafting office layout plans.Supervising renovation and relocation projects and report to supervisor.Responsibilities after the office set-upResponsible for all‐round office administration works including office supplies procurement, equipment maintenance as well as handling office errands.Perform daily clerical duties, including handling all record management.RequirementsStrong sense of responsibility and common sense, hands‐on and committed to deliver quality service.Organized, detailed, able to handle multi‐tasks effectively and prioritize works to meet tight schedules/ deadlines.Excellent communication, interpersonal and supervisory skills.Willing to work beyond office hours and on weekends/holidays to supervise/monitor office renovation/relocation projects.Proficient in written and spoken English.
