What you’ll be doing:
- Lead and oversee the administration function, managing a small team across day-to-day operations
- Act as the primary point of contact for key vendors, maintaining strong and professional relationships
- Ensure accurate, timely processing of administrative and operational data
- Support tender submissions and business initiatives alongside senior leadership
- Identify and implement process improvements across systems and workflows
- Contribute to quality, compliance and audit requirements, including ISO standards and internal procedures
