- Collate and submit printing requests for training materials required for classes
- Allocate training materials for classes and monitor stock levels
- Track inventory to ensure timely replenishment
- Collate and maintain training-related data (e.g. SFA training data, TRAQOM data)
- Ensure data accuracy using Microsoft Excel and related tools
