Key Duties

  • General office tasks such as laminating, printing, shredding and filing
  • Counting cash and preparation of banking records
  • Data entry and maintaining accurate records
  • Picking, packing and preparing orders to be sent to our op shops
  • Answering and directing telephone enquiries
  • Liaising with management team on ongoing administrative tasks
  • Providing progress updates and administrative support as required

Skills and Attributes

  • Basic‑Medium computer and data entry skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Robust cash handling and record keeping
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and follow instructions
  • Reliable and willing to contribute as part of a team
