Key Duties
- General office tasks such as laminating, printing, shredding and filing
- Counting cash and preparation of banking records
- Data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Picking, packing and preparing orders to be sent to our op shops
- Answering and directing telephone enquiries
- Liaising with management team on ongoing administrative tasks
- Providing progress updates and administrative support as required
Skills and Attributes
- Basic‑Medium computer and data entry skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Robust cash handling and record keeping
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Reliable and willing to contribute as part of a team
