Manage and administer Linux systems in enterprise environments, especially Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL)
Handle production incidents, perform advanced troubleshooting, and conduct root cause analysis (RCA)
Resolve complex incidents, execute changes, and perform maintenance activities following ITIL v4 processes
Manage automation and configuration tasks using tools such as Ansible, Python and Bash
Administer and operate high‑availability clusters (e.G. Pacemaker, ServiceGuard, Veritas Cluster)
