Purpose

Administers one or more subcontracts of unlimited dollar value to ensure that subcontractors meet Company and project requirements fully. Requires broad experience, especially in subcontracting activities typical to the environmental/engineering and construction industry, and the ability to negotiate subcontracts effectively. A willingness to travel to the subcontractor's facility when necessary and computer literacy are required.
