Provide administrative and operational support to the European team from Bogotá. Must be detail‑oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast‑paced international environment.
Key job responsibilities
- Verify bookings made by the sales team and ensure data accuracy.
- Check and update student information in internal systems.
- Hold and manage room assignments in DBC.
- Record special requests or important details (e.g., allergies, accommodation requests) in Class for Operations.
- Update invoices (add/remove items) as required.
- Reconcile daily financial information after bank transfers/Flywire payments are received.
- Send updated invoices and payment confirmations to customers.
- Follow up and update flight details.
- Share host family information and departure guides with students.
- Maintain daily communication with the French team in Paris to ensure smooth processes. <...
