Admin Support Analyst (Xico)

We are looking for an Admin Support Analyst (ASA) with an interest in International Trade and general Administration tasks. The ASA serves as the primary administration contact for the clients and acts as a support role for the Account Management area, being responsible for achieving client satisfaction. The ASA is expected to consistently provide excellence in strategic administration tasks toward service completion:

• Client commercial notes support and maintenance.
• Invoicing generation, coordination and follow up.
• Overdue accounts control.
• Payment tracking (receivables support).
• Reporting (internal and external).
• Transfer information to the finance team for invoicing.
• Review and update operational and financial files.
• Booking services in our platform.
