Job Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the sales and advisory team.
  • Prepare, submit, and follow up on insurance applications and policy servicing requests.
  • Liaise with insurers, clients, and internal departments.
  • Maintain accurate client records and ensure proper documentation.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings.
  • Handle general office administration and correspondence.
  • Ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
