Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any business-related course.
- Preferably 1–2 years of relevant administrative experience.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willing to work in Greenhills, San Juan City.
Responsibilities
- The Administrative Officer oversees facility and asset management, supports business permit processing and regulatory compliance, and assists in implementing administrative policies.
- The role also supervises admin personnel to ensure smooth daily operations and performs other tasks as assigned by the Manager.
