Job Description

  • Support district-level accounting, recordkeeping, and petty cash management.
  • Process payments, maintain vouchers, and ensure documentation.
  • Handle logistics for trainings, field visits, distribution of materials at school levels and meetings.
  • Maintain office inventory and asset register.
  • Support procurement and administrative compliance.

Skills

  • Proficient in finance and administrative tasks, with strong organizational and computer skills.
