Coordinate with Marketing, Commercial and third‑party agency & partners (creatives, affiliates etc.) to brief offers and secure traffic‑driving exposure (EDM, push notifications, paid traffic etc.)
Content ManagementMaintain accurate, locally relevant product and campaign content and site/app layouts
Post‑Sales Operations & Customer CareLiaise with Fulfilment Operations and Customer Service teams to deliver on‑time orders and speedy issue resolution
Monitor KPIs and raise corrective actions when needed.
Reporting & Continuous ImprovementTrack campaign / banner performance, site metrics (CVR, bounce, basket, NPS) and competitor trends
