The Role
Roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Assist with customer queries and customer relations, acting as a contact point for customers, via phone, email and social
- Procurement of supplies and inventory
- General office management and implementation of administration process improvements
- Schedule deliveries and drivers, and help to prepare flowers/gifts for delivery
- Inventory management
- Liaise with maintenance contractors
- Cheerful, positive disposition and a team player
- Highly reliable with adherence to deadlines
- Great communication and customer service skills
- Independent and able to show initiative
- A desire to deliver an awesome experience to clients
- High work standards
- Good spoken and written English
