Key Responsibilities Human Resources & Travel Coordination
- Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding activities, including preparation of employment-related documents and staff records.
- Support monthly payroll administration, attendance tracking, leave management, and employee expense claims.
- Handle work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and related administrative matters via the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) portal.
- Coordinate business travel arrangements for management, including flight bookings, accommodation, visa applications, and travel documentation.
- Liaise with travel agencies, visa agents, and external service providers to ensure smooth travel planning and compliance.
