  • Responsible for maintaining organized records, preparing and managing documents, scheduling appointments, coordinating interdepartmental activities, and providing overall administrative support for daily office operations.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
  2. Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
  3. Serve as a point of contact for internal and external clients.
  4. Maintain and update plant records, reports, and filing systems.
  5. Support plant management in preparing for audits and inspections by maintaining organized documentation.
  6. Perform other related activities required by the management in the conduct of its business.

REQUIREMENTS

  1. Atleast College level or Vocational graduate
  2. Atleast 6 (six) months of work experience in a Manufacturing setting
