- Responsible for maintaining organized records, preparing and managing documents, scheduling appointments, coordinating interdepartmental activities, and providing overall administrative support for daily office operations.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external clients.
- Maintain and update plant records, reports, and filing systems.
- Support plant management in preparing for audits and inspections by maintaining organized documentation.
- Perform other related activities required by the management in the conduct of its business.
REQUIREMENTS
- Atleast College level or Vocational graduate
- Atleast 6 (six) months of work experience in a Manufacturing setting
