Job Summary
- Adecco is partnering our client, one of the leading Tech MNCs
- We are looking for an Admin Assistant
- The role will start out as a contract
- Candidates who are immediately available/ able to start work within short notice will be preferred
- At least 2-3 years of relevant experience of especially calendar management for more than 1 person.
- Travel and expense management.
- Highly responsive and adept to changes.
- MNC background would be ideal.
- Verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking, customer service skills and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage one's time.
- Ability to keep information organized and confidential.
- Ability to be a self-starter, proactive, ask questions and be open to learning.
