Role Overview
We’re looking for an Admin Assistant who can provide dependable, hands‑on administrative support to our People & Culture function and leadership team. Reporting directly to the Head of People & Culture, this role is primarily responsible for day‑to‑day administrative tasks related to people operations, documentation, coordination, and on‑site support. The role also serves as a flexible administrative resource and may be tapped to support Finance‑related administrative work, leadership support, cross‑department coordination, messenger support, field errands, or special projects as needed. This is a fully on‑site role and requires strong initiative, reliability, and the ability to move independently.
