Seeking a proactive and organised Administrative Executive to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support in a dynamic office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general office administration, including document management, filing, mail handling, key management, and coordination of office and pantry supplies.
- Support contract administration by coordinating orders, liaising with suppliers, and assisting with procurement-related activities.
- Assist in verifying administrative fees and maintaining accurate records.
- Coordinate staff onboarding and offboarding activities, including workstation setup and asset management.
- Support internal communications by assisting in the design of Electronic Direct Mail (EDM) materials.
- Perform other administrative and ad hoc duties as assigned.
