Qualifications

  • Graduate of any Business-related course
  • With or without experience (training provided)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Can handle front desk tasks, documentation, and clerical work
  • Willing to work 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday)
  • Can work with minimal supervision
  • Must be customer-oriented and presentable

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  • Assists logistics of items requested by refilling plants
  • Welcoming clients / visitors and directing to their destinations
  • Answering, screening and forwarding phone calls
  • Receiving mail, documents, packages and other deliveries
  • Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
