In this role, you will be required to:
1. Office Management
2. Administrative Support
3. Other Tasks such as
- Assign to process checks
- Liquidation Encoding
- Assist filing of Accounting documents
- Input Tax Encoding
- Encashment and Deposit at Bank
- Incase of lack of personnel and urgent collection must be available to go to customer for either countering or collection.
4. Other Tasks
- Resident of Quezon City or Marikina City
- Graduate of Financial Management or Banking and Finance, or Business courses.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- No working experience are welcome to apply
- Fast and eager learner with good knowledge in administrative tasks and clerical operation
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
