Seeking a full‑time employee on-site in Quezon City with 1–3 years of experience to support in‑house sales operations, invoicing, and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Handle in‑house sales, issue sales invoices, and validate online payments through the accounting system.
- Receive and distribute documents/items to relevant departments.
- Prepare invoices for online orders (Lazada or Shopee).
- Provide general administrative support as needed.
- Answer calls, handle inquiries, and manage irate customers with a strong background in sales.
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
Qualifications
- Graduate of any 4‑year business course or hold a Bachelor’s/College degree (any field).
