Overview
The Admin Assistant (PMO) is tasked to provide administrative support to the PMO office including reporting, and liaising with all management levels to provide summarized information on internal and external projects being managed through the PMO.
Responsibilities
- Manage the collation and reporting of individual project and program progress reports to Microgenesis Management and Executive.
- Liaise with all project managers to ensure weekly project status reporting is provided promptly.
- Update every week the project status for submission to the PMO Supervisor.
- Receive all requests for new projects through the project brief template and consolidate for the PMO Supervisor to review every week.
- Manage the administration associated with all new project requests and allocation of project managers.
