Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age; Must be a graduate of Secondary Education with at least 2 years admin experience or Bachelor’s/College degree in any field; With at least 6 months work experience
- Fresh graduates / Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply
- Willing to work Australian Time (05:00 AM to 03:00 PM)
- Hardworking, highly organized, trustworthy and flexible
- Fluent in oral and written English; preferably strong Australian English oral skills
- Presentable with good interpersonal skills
- Can handle incoming and outgoing calls (as required)
- Computer literate; knowledge in logistics is an advantage
- Ability to resolve customer concerns and problems at first contact
- Can work under minimal supervision
