Job Description
- Assists in resolving any administrative problems
- Schedules and coordinates meetings, appointments and travel arrangements.
- Opens, sorts and distributes incoming correspondence. Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including filing, photocopying, transcribing and emailing.
- Ensure the working station and office supplies/equipment are all ready and available
- Answering phones in a professional manner and routing calls as necessary. By answering calls, screening and forwarding to respective personnel.
- Monitors the maintenance/repair of the company equipment's (Fax Machine, Printers, Telephones and etc.)
- Travel Booking exp
- Bachelor graduate in Office Administration, Business Administration or any related degree
