GENERAL BACKGROUND & SCOPE OF WORK:
Provide administrative and logistical support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the CCAC CDO, DVO, & CRK offices. Efficient coordination of Regional Office business requirements.
A.) Support to government compliance and documentation.
- Process and ensure timely renewal of local office permits, business clearances, and related regulatory documents.
- Maintain proper filing and monitoring of compliance records.
B.) Office administration & maintenance.
- Oversee daily office maintenance, coordinate repair and upkeep needs, and monitor inventory of office supplies and consumables to ensure availability.
- Act as the office receptionist, welcoming guests and attending to inquiries in a courteous and professional manner.
