Responsibilities
- Receives, investigates, and resolves inquiries, requests, and concerns through appropriate unit coordination
- Secures turnover status from the Project group and updates the turnover status of accounts
- Secures appropriate system tagging regarding repair and turnover
- Prepares, maintains, and provides performance and customer interaction reports for succeeding action planning
- Performs other administrative functions and other tasks that may be assigned by the Service Desk Head
Qualifications
- With Bachelor’s Degree
- High sense of responsibility
- Skilled in multi-tasking and account management
- Basic computer navigation skills
- Skilled in adapting to extremely adverse working conditions and continuous change
