Job Summary:
- To attend to all clerical functions in the managed property and to assist in the coordination of the different property management services and functions for the property owners/tenants.
Administrative Operations:
- Ensure that all documents are filed in an orderly manner consistent with standard filling system
- Ensure that all meetings are properly coordinated to avoid schedule conflicts. She is responsible for the reservation of common facilities of the property.
- Keep an updated record of all names, addresses, telephone numbers and other pertinent information regarding unit owners,/ tenants, contractors and other persons related to the property.
