We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support daily office operations and assist our team with administrative and HR functions. This role is adecuado for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and being a key part of a growing team.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with job postings, school outreach and internship placements
  • Manage supply orders and shipments to regional sales offices
  • Conduct background checks for new sales representatives
  • Prepare and collect new-hire paperwork, including offer letters, payroll and direct deposit forms (electronic send outs and filing)
  • Support onboarding and offboarding
  • Assist with payroll processing and maintain accurate employee records
  • Track expenses, reimbursements, and administrative documentation
  • Provide administrative support to executives and assist with special projects (events planning etc)
