Roles & Responsibilities
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate accounting records.
  • Key in quotation, process invoices, receipts, payments, and other accounting transactions.
  • Reconcile bank statements and accounting records.
  • Generate and issue invoices to customers and business partners.
  • Prepare and send monthly Statements of Account (SOA) and follow up on overdue payments.
  • Manage supplier invoices and process vendor payments.
  • Handle petty cash reimbursements, staff expense claims, staff salary and banking matters.
  • Provide general administrative support, including filing, maintain and apply employment permit, document management, and correspondence.
  • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and coordinate office communications.
  • Maintain office supplies and ensure office equipment is functioning properly.
  • Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks and projects as assigned.
