Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate accounting records.
- Key in quotation, process invoices, receipts, payments, and other accounting transactions.
- Reconcile bank statements and accounting records.
- Generate and issue invoices to customers and business partners.
- Prepare and send monthly Statements of Account (SOA) and follow up on overdue payments.
- Manage supplier invoices and process vendor payments.
- Handle petty cash reimbursements, staff expense claims, staff salary and banking matters.
- Provide general administrative support, including filing, maintain and apply employment permit, document management, and correspondence.
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and coordinate office communications.
- Maintain office supplies and ensure office equipment is functioning properly.
- Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks and projects as assigned.
