Activations & Operations Manager [Logistics sector/Field-based role - contract role]

The Activations & Operations Manager owns everything that happens in the field. From the moment equipment leaves our storage facility through to ongoing site performance, this role
is responsible for execution, quality, and growth. This is a hands-on, field-based position. The right person is highly organised, commercially minded, and thrives on ownership and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

Logistics & Installation

• Coordinate shopfitters, electricians, and all site contractors for new activations.
• Manage transportation, delivery, placement, and installation of chairs and equipment.
• Oversee branding, signage, and promotional material setup at each location.
• Maintain the storage facility and manage all inventory movements.
• Execute equipment swap-outs and implement contingency plans to minimise downtime.
