JOB SUMMARY
Herman Miller Japan is looking for a Store Manager to support and ensure overall store operations to meet the customers expectation. This role is acting and backfilling a current store manager who will be taking parental leave for the next couple of years. 
The position reports directly to Regional Manager based in Japan, and an Acting Store Manager, it will be your responsibility to deliver the Herman Miller Client Experience through team coaching of demonstrations, quoting, and generation of sales. You will be expected to train and inspire your team to achieve the store sales plan.
