Act Five Executive Director Role

Lead Act Five as the Executive Director, focusing on fundraising, strategic vision, and program stewardship. This impactful position calls for strong Christian integrity and leadership.
Reporting to the Board of Directors, the Executive Director is responsible for ensuring that Act Five’s mission and values resonate within the community. In this role, you will guide fundraising initiatives, mentor a dedicated team of 7-9 staff, and oversee program excellence in the Gap Year and Residency programs.
