**_ Responsibilities: _**- Ensures overall Global OEM Solutions team plans have consistency in planning and build out of support needed(internal/external) and metrics established to ensure successful market introduction.This includes:- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to understand customer behavior, preferences, and competitive landscape- Internal Capability Assessment: (SCM, Support, Services, Finance, Contracts)- Ensures partner contract compliance with relevant laws and regulations- Channel Design: Designs and optimize distribution channels, including direct sales, retail, e-commerce, wholesalers, and distributors, to ensure maximum market coverage.
- 4P OEM and Solution frameworks and plans- Performance Metrics: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness making data-driven improvements.
