Acquisition Manager (with Sales Background)

This is a full-time on-site role for an Acquisition Manager based in Antipolo . The Acquisition Manager will oversee the end-to-end process of driver-partner recruitment and retention. Responsibilities include strategizing and implementing acquisition campaigns, sourcing and onboarding new driver-partners, analyzing recruitment metrics, and coordinating with various teams to ensure effective communication and process enhancement. The role also involves building strong relationships with driver-partners while meeting acquisition targets and maintaining a high standard of service quality.
