JOB SUMMARY
Primarily responsible for assisting the senior leadership in identifying, obtaining, and evaluating land acquisition initiatives in adherence to legal requirements which aligns with the organization's strategic goals.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Land Assessment & Acquisition Support
- Schedule and plan for acquisition activities.
- Visit potential sites and surrounding areas.
- Assess if it is acquirable based on the project’s requirements. -
Due Diligence Support
- Liaise with government agencies and obtain relevant documents on the land and validate authenticity.
- Review documents and create accurate abstract report with chain of title, current deed information, any open mortgage or deed of trust, tax and utilities information, special exceptions, judgements, and any other important information of the subject property.
