ACMV TECHNICIANS| Facilities Maintenance

(AHU, FCU, COOLING TOWER)

• Provide engineering technical support for preventive maintenance and ad‑hoc repair / replacement works for M&E services.
• Preparation of material for carrying out of maintenance regime.
• Assist in checks on new installations for proper installation pertaining to insulation work, piping gradient and accessibility.
• Safety inspection of equipment to ensure they are in working order.
• Servicing and maintaining of ACMV system including chilled water system, DX system, VRV system and mechanical ventilation system.
• Carry out regular preventive and corrective maintenance works as per schedule.
• Attend to customer complaints and resolve or contain the issue.
• Any other ad‑hoc duties as assigned whenever required.
