Our client, an well-established local MNC in commercial Air-Con industry is seeking for ACMV Manager (Design) Facility Manager / Operations Manager (Commercial Building / Retail Mall) - Salary: $7,000.00 to $9,000.00 + VB / 5 days work week
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering or relevant
- At least 5 to 8 years of experience in designing and optimising efficient, cost-effective chiller plant and airside systems to support both project acquisition and delivery.
- At least 5 to 8 years of experience overseeing a team of Engineers and Technicians to run daily operation in either Industrial plant or Commercial Office or Retail shopping mall
- Experience in Regional / Asia coverage
- Strong in ACMV design, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
- Mandatory certifications: BCA Energy Auditor, GMAP/GMAAP, SCEM
