This is an interview position.

To sell FedEx Services to both 'new' and 'existing' customers (primary focus: net 'new' potential) with the key deliverable of achieving assigned revenue objectives (as measured and determined by FedEx). Acts as team lead and assists manager in providing coaching, training, and other support to junior and new staff members and assumes responsibility for additional tasks and duties as assigned.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Educational Requirements: Post Secondary: Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent
  • Related Experience Requirements: Minimum number of years required for entry to this job – Sales (1 year) – FedEx Sales or Inside Sales
  • Other Specific Mandatory Experience Requirements: None listed
  • Technical Skill Requirements:
    • Knowledge of selling FedEx services
    • FedEx features of service, billing systems, pricing structures, invoice adjustments (preferred)
