Responsibilities
- Handle Accounts Payable (from input, cost control and budget)
- Assist for Accounts Receivable update and analysis
- Communicate with Banks for trade applications and monitor of dues of monthly banks reconciliation
- Assist in quarterly GST submission after training
- Assist in yearly audit processes
- Assist in submission (IRAS, MOM, etc)
- Daily administration support to Management & Team
- Ordering of stationeries and miscellaneous
- Attend to incoming calls and assist in preparation of meeting (weekly & monthly)
- Take note of Management's appointment and prepare meeting area
