Accounts Recovery Specialist I

Accounts Recovery Specialist I is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the efficiency of the collection process for delinquent loans, both through field collections and ATM collections. This position monitors actual collection performance against established targets, prepares daily collection itineraries, and revises them as needed to improve efficiency. The role involves implementing strategies and processes to enhance collection efforts, recommending improvements, and working closely with the Branch Manager and Collections and Asset Recovery Supervisor to meet collection goals.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of a Bachelor's degree preferably in Business Management.
• Must have a Professional Driver’s License and own a motor vehicle.
• At least 2 years of experience in collections.
• Knowledgeable in preparing basic income statements and conducting financial analysis.
• Skilled in negotiation and persuasion.
