Join Ideagen’s Finance team as an Accounts Receivable Specialist, supporting our businesses across Australia and EMEA. You’ll manage complex billing and end‑to‑end receivables, working closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and effective tracking of customer accounts. This role also involves maintaining billing schedules and contributing to broader accounting activities.
Responsibilities
- Support accurate and timely invoicing, including complex billing requirements
- Prepare and manage billing schedules in collaboration with the Finance team
- Work closely with Sales, Operations, and Customer Success to gather billing and renewal information
- Respond to invoicing queries from internal teams and customers in a timely manner
- Monitor outstanding invoices and follow up with customers to support collections
